Samsung theater question

Hello,

 

I received as a gift 2 stand + 1 placing speakers of samsung home theater set. They are connecting with this type of cables:

I dont have a a base "brain" device of this theater so I assume I will need an speaker power amplifier to connect them. Question is can someone tell me what amplifier would fit my need of just connecting and so speakers wont give any weird background sounds after and connect them to PC. Price wise it would be great if its cost less than 50 eur. to start of and make them work at least so I could see how it works, learn and then get smth better.
