Windows 10 Media Driver Error

Hi there,

 

Trying to install windows (over Discord - so not the best exp) for someone on their new machine from a UK SI.

 

Before I go on the phone to them - thought I'd ask this community - the machine is:

Gigabyte B450M-DS3H

AMD Ryzen 5 2600

120GB WD Green SSD

1TB Seagate HDD

16GB RAM
GTX 1060

 

Drives show up in BIOS and in Diskpart (I can use Diskpart but not install Windows on them??!?!!?!) - I've also tried 3 USB ports (all 2.0) and tried to install the AMD SATA Controller (which installed but didn't give me any new drives).

 

Any ideas what I can do?
