Pc specs:

PNY GTX 1070ti

Ryzen 7 1700x

550w evga psu

120gb sata ssd

500gb WD HDD

Cooler master 120l AIO

AsRock AB350m

G.Skill 2x8gb ddr4 3000mhz

I recently tried using XOC precision OC rather than my typical MSI Afterburner. Prior to attempting to use XOC I had an avg fps of 250 on high settings at 1080p on Fortnite, BO4, Fallout 76, BF5, and other games, but after I tried using the program I had an issue where my frames locked to 185 on a 75htz panel. To resolve the issue I uninstalled XOC and got the frames uncapped, but after returning to MSI AB my frames have been averaging about 125 and I have done a BIOS update, Driver re-install, game re-install, but I have had no luck I was wondering what I should do to resolve the problem?

In afterburner, are the clock settings or ram speeds changed at all? Also go into task manager while you are playing games and see if afterburner is sucking up resources or some other program is

As of now yes there is a +130 core clock OC and a +300 memory clock OC, but I have tried returning it to stock and the issue still persists. In BIOS I have the ram set to the stock 3000mhz. In task manager the usage by MSI is minimal.

MAke sure you don't have a frame limiter set or Vsync or something that will cap the frames turned on in any of the games
