I need a program that saves affinity settings so I don’t have to re apply can set priority but can also set max gpu usage by a program.

 

in this case rainbow six running on threads 0-4 and 5 left for nvmc encoding and system stuff.

 

and 90% gpu for rainbow six and 10% for encoding
