Good video tag editing program?

I use http://www.xdlab.ru/en/download.htm tagscanner for my audio files, it's very easy to use and has all the things that I need, but it won't work for most of my video files, anyone know of a good one that is similar to this?

I've used EasyTag and FileBot on Ubuntu, neither worked all that great but EasyTag is what I ultimately stuck with. FileBot can automatically look up TV shows titles and information so long as your files are named relatively close to the actual show/title. Not sure if they are available for Windows.
