I've been having some issues with low framerates on BFV lately and then i tried reinstalling the GPU driver(417.35), but ever since i reinstalled the driver, my GPU has downclocked to 139Mhz on the core and 101 on the memory clock. For information, I have a MSI GTX 1080ti Gaming X. I don't what causes the issue and atm I don't know how to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated, since i'm on edge right now

At idle thats expected. Unless the game is focused and front and center the GPU will downclock itself to whatever clocks is necessary to display what is being drawn.

Need the same screen shop but while gaming. Same with task manager showing cpu usage per core.

Reinstalling the driver for the second time fixed the issue. A part of the problem could have been that that my power management in 3D settings had been reset to optimal power, I'm not sure though.
