Hi All,

 

Ive been wanting a gaming PC for a long time but since I’m a college student living on my own, I don’t have a ton of money and I already have a PC. I have Microsoft Surface 2018, (Pro 5) core i7. Since I am in an area where Shadow has service (Ohio) i figured I would give it a try. Unfortunalty, Shadow does not appear to work on my machine and I get Error 300 anytime I try to connect. I have opened a ticket with Shadow but they insist I update my graphics driver through intel but my driver is up to date. So I was wondering, does anyone else have Shadow and what machine are you using to run it?

I have a Pro 4 Surface with i5 and it works for me fine, just the resolution is off but that is due to the surface's odd sizing so I just deal with some black areas.
