Hello,

So I just built a new rig. It’s got a Ryzen 5 2600, 16 GB RAM, MSI Radeon RX 580, GA-AB350-GAMING 3, M.2 NVMe 500 GB SSD, 2 TB HDD, CoolerMaster ML360R, as well as a PSU, all inside the Cullinan 500V. My only concerns are with the hard drive (main concern) and my inability to download anything or go onto certain pages.

My PSU is a Corsair RM750x, and it came with its SATA power cable, which has its multiple off-ends. I have the main end-port on the hub for the CoolerMaster remote, and I have another plug for the HDD. I’m guessing it’s something to do with that, but I’m not sure. Help?

Your hard drive may not be formatted, I would right click on the start button, and go to disk management and see if the drive is unallocated. If the bold bar is black, then just right click it and do a quick format.

Also make sure the SATA cables are seated properly.

Does the HDD show up in BIOS?

If you have an M.2 PCIe x4 SSD installed, it will disable the ASATA3 0 and ASATA3 1 ports. If you have an M.2 SATA SSD installed, it will disable SATA3 3.

Make sure your SATA data cable to the HDD isn't installed in a disabled port.

Refer to your motherboard manual for more information.
