Boot up issues

Hello what's going on everybody I have small problem. After removing my graphics card from my system because I need to RMA it my computer now goes into this continuous Windows recovery error and gives me this file directory error f:\recovery\windowsRE\winre.wim\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrial.txt I have gone into my BIOS and I changed display settings so I can use my motherboards display adapters I've reinstalled the GPU and it still goes into the error

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX GPU: AMD RX 6800M RAM: 16GB  SSD: 500GB NVME
