GTX or RTX

Hi!

I like the gtx 1080 verry much 

 

If u game with an RTX and RTX is off

 

will it be the same as an 1080 or maybe TI

 

What donu guys think is the best for a 1500€ game pc

RTX 2060 equals to 1070 Ti. RTX 2070 is a little better than the GTX 1080. RTX 2080 is a little better then GTX 1080 Ti. 

 

If you live in the US a RTX 2080 or 1080 Ti is best for a 1500€ gaming PC. If you live in the EU, a RTX 2070 or GTX 1080 will probably be what you are looking for with a 1500€ PC

What I wrote before are just CUDA based. Doesn't include Ray Tracing or anything like that. For example RTX 2070 will get just a little more FPS then the GTX 1080. But the 2070 can do Ray Tracing which the 1080 can't.

Though if you wan't an RTX card to play with Ray Tracing on, then expect quite low FPS compared to Ray Tracing off.

Well kind of, you can turn on different levels of ray tracing which will impact how the game or whatever else runs. Ray tracing is new so you wont see the best performance when you turn ray tracing on though games should still definitely be very playable. The rtx 2070 does see a boost in fps/performance though compared to the gtx 1070 in normal games without ray tracing though

So what i understand is.

I Will get more fps with the 2000 series

with no RTX special ray settings on
