Input not supported

I need help please badly. I recently tried to change my resolution on my pc and I used a program and I opened another program and it restarted my screen.  Then my screen went black and the message “input not supported” popped up on my monitor. (I use dvi) I have powered my Pc off many times and unplugged and replugged in the gpu.  After this I tried to use take out my gpu and connect my monitor to my motherboard using vga.  It worked just no graphics card to use.  Then i plugged back in the gpu, still said input not supported.  Then, I deleted all my gpu drivers and powered it off, plugged the gpu back in, it worked! But the resolution was messed up.  Then I installed the drivers and now I am here where I am now.  I have the same message on my monitor with no way to use my gpu.  Someone please help!

Try moving all the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation to a folder on your desktop and then installing the drivers
