Netflix or TV. In the UK, there's always re-runs of fresh prince of bel air on TV.

Windscribe or TunnelBear are two good options for free VPNs if OP doesn't have one already.

It depends on your region. It's available on Netflix Australia.

Spoiler

@Txe Netflix is available in the Philippines but looking at those websites that list the Netflix library it appears they don't have it - though they aren't always accurate and current. Are there any other TV streaming services in the Philippines that are popular that might have it?
It is available on Youtube [Australia] and iTunes [Australia], however it appears to be quite expensive at AUD $2.99 per episode or $14.99 per season in iTunes.

Lucky! I'd love to be able to watch some Fresh Prince right about now. (I could change to an AUS server on the VPN but that's more work than I want to do since I have my VPN at the router protecting everything connected too it. Also I don't want to slow down my internet.)
