Tablet for student (275$)

Hi, I am looking for a tablet, Android or Windows, with support for keyboard, I think I will manage a somewhat crappy keyboard experience, as it won't be my regular driver. My main consumption will be for PowerPoints, PDF and Word Processing, with occasional Media (YouTube/Netflix). Suggest something under 275$ (1000 Qatari Riyal)
