Lets start with basic troubleshooting. Is this custom build, laptop/prebuild? What happened before this started? Windows update? Hardware change? Have you tried forcing Windows update, update drivers? When does this occur?

Quick google tells that its most likely driver conflict.

You should run DDU again and reinstall drivers. If it happens again. If it hasn't, it could be just random thing. Windows sometimes does random BSODs which don't occur again.
