After reinstalling windows the trackpad stopped working as soon as I got to the language selection menu. I had previously (tried) MacOS so hard drive was completely empty.

In device manager I now have an Unknown Device which I assume is my trackpad as it comes back when I delete it and scan for hardware changes.

I have installed the drivers for it from Acer, still nothing.

Any ideas welcome please note I have tried to delete the device and scan for changes. Multiple times

Thanks
