I have never build a computer. And I don't know much about computers, especcially with picking the right components to go together. I have done some research and asked around on forums. I have made a list of components with the answers i got and the information i gathered. But i don't seem to get more answers on the forums i asked around on, with the list of components i have now.

I want to use my computer to multitask. I usually have a lot of internet tabs open, whilst i have other programmes runnning. For my study I want to be able to do video editing and photoshop. So I want my computer to be able to run professional graphic software.

I also want to play games on it. Games like Kingdome come deliverance, civilization 6, witcher, Rocksmith, ori and the blind forest, endless legend and skyrim. I would want a graphics card that would be able to handle these games well. I am also planning to buy a 4k monitor soon, so i want my computer to be able to make use of that (not necessarily with all the games, but it would be nice to play on high settings).

I want a computer that is quite futureproof.

My list of components (with the products that i am doubting between).

The components i have underlined seemed the best option to me (but i don't really know).

The RTX 2070 will not handle true 4k very well for the future. You would be better off with 1440P and higher settings/refresh for the image quality and experience you'll get in my opinion. Witcher 3 for example would not enjoy 4k on that card without significant settings reductions. I would take 1440P at 100Hz over 60 Hz 4k if I had to choose. Granted there are some new scaling tricks coming out that use the ray tracing cores to give you 4k after rendering 1440P but given how things have been I'm not sure how effective it will be.

The rest of the parts look pretty good IMO, for high res you dont really need a 2700X but it will probably have a better time in the future than the 2600 for example however the 2600 gives you more money for a better card or a cpu upgrade in the future...
