New pc randomly freezes

I have an newly built pc and i have a a400 480gb kinston ssd as my boot drive and i also have some games on it and then i have another drive a seagate barracuda 2tb 7200rpm i have a ryzen 2700 16gb tridentz 3200ghz gtx1060 6gb motherboard is a asus b450-f when i play some game or do something in spotify sometimes my pc freezes but i can still move my mouse around and my diskuseage jumps to 100% on my ssd but it is 0 read and write and after 10sec it goes back as it is supposed to be this happens randomly i have tried many solutions and i have used chkdsk but nothing bad comes up. why does diskuseage on my ssd go to 100& and freeze computer and after 10sec it is like it is supposed to be

How much memory is being used? Is it possible that you are paging?

If so check your paging location, delete it, re-create it somewhere else, then move it back to the ssd and test again after a reboot. ( all from the advanced system settings area )

Sounds like there might be some fragmentation across the drives or possibly you have too much on the SSD. You should not fill more than around 75% on an SSD used as a boot drive if you can avoid it.

Is the RAM usage high? If so, that's probably the issue. In that case you'll probably see the CPU usage spike up as well.

Otherwise, you should benchmark that SSD to see if it performs as expected.
