Hey! So my current situation is upgrading my old pc, current specs are i5-4460k gt 1030 12 gb (ddr3) and I believe a 450 power supply. I need a GPU that’s capable of streaming and playing games at low to medium settings if not more. I don’t have much of a budget but I’ll keep it at 150. And I also am trying to find one that don’t need a pin connector if possible?

Well the streaming part has lots to do with your CPU horsepower.  Anyhow.  Get a 1050 Ti .... you should be able to find one for under your budget.  good luck
