New Build, Plz Help

So I am trying to build an RGB based system, but not as expensive as they usually are, what could be added, or changed for better performance & aesthetic of the computer itself. My Budget is about $2000 US. I plan on gaming (obviously), 3d designing, Streaming (maybe), and you know graphics intensive processes. I would prefer an RTX Graphics card, for its obvious ray-tracing capabilities. An i7 is great, as an i9 is overkill for what I need it for. But again, I don't want to spend that much (<2000). Here is the current list I have compiled myself, http://a.co/ccr34vG. Yes, I know Amazon isn't the best place for prices, but I use it mainly just to compile. So, Anything that can improve the speed, quality, noise, and thermals would help. Water Cooling wouldn't be necessary, as I plan to upgrade to it later on.
