Sync Drives

Is there a way to sync drives like the example below, I've tried looking and really the only thing that keeps comping up is to mirror them using raid.

I don't want to have to delete the files off of the usb drive and copy everything but instead have it update modified files or add new files that were added to the network drive

My plan is to have this on a daily schedule if possible while doing complete backups weekly on 1 onsite usb drives and 1 offsite usb drives.  Hope this makes sense Thank You

There's a software named FreeFileSync that should be able to do exactly what you requested for.  It is a Windows application.

Thank you, from looking at the site I think it will do exactly what I want.  I will try it out once i'm done organizing everything
