Specs

I5-4570

16gb dual channel 1600mhz

Gtx 970 evga

I payed attention to it in far cry 3 and no man sky

In far cry 3

it's fine until I change v sync it goes down to 15 fps and gpu usage will tank and take about 6 to 7 seconds to slowly go back to constant 60. And gpu usage will go back up

No man sky

Gpu usage is around 50 with 30fps constantly until I stop and look in one place then it will go up to 80 and 60fps

No man sky - v sync was off

Far cry 3 - vsync was off and I turned it on, the fps dropped, when it picked back up i played for a bit. Then i turned it back off and it went back down and i had to wait for it to come back up. And I also tested gta v after posting this last night and gpu and gpu usage were up the entire time
