PC will not Post

Hey All,

 

I was installing a new GPU into my brothers PC and accidentally dropped the display port onto the  Mobo. The PC  was turned  off this time. I am now unable to get the system to POST and in addition not getting power to the USBs.  

 

The GPU powers on and the fans spin. The CPU fan is working, case fans are working and the Mobo LED is on. 

 

I have added the old GPU into the system and the issue still persists. 

 

I have removed the CMOS battery. 

 

I am honestly at a loss for what is happening. Is the Mobon the issue?
