Lol isn't graphically intensive. Integrated graphics on a Ryzen 5 would be fine. I started up a list, but I don't know which motherboard or case would be right, and you should keep in mind that you need a copy of Windows. CPU should be fine, and you can use something like OBS to stream, as long as you have a capapble connection.
