High frametime/Stuttering

I always have high frametime whenever play

 

CPU: i5 6600
GPU:GTX 1060

 

here is a screen shot when I played League

Use V-sync on

Do you mean only in League or also in more demanding games? It seems like you are runnign into  a CPU bottleneck as your GPU usage is low.

 

In games like CSGO or LOL, turning on Vsync should fix the problem, give you a lower average fps, but more consistent framerate and frametime. You are probably seeing high framerates, but the frametime spikes make the game feel stuttery.

 

In demanding games, your CPU is probably holding you back. 4-core CPU's are just too slow for modern games nowadays, giving you these high frametime spikes.

4 core / 4 thread cpu will do that in current games...it's simply not enough for smooth gameplay in many games.
