Green Outlines

Hey everyone! So i just recently bought a Asus MX239H Monitor. And it was running pretty good,then I updated my Video card and then it started showing green outline on Videos and movies :(. How can i fix this? I tried reinstalling the Driver for the graphics card but still the same :(. Please help
