Help with my mouse

My razer basilisk keeps waking up my pc from sleep. I know this because when ever I put it to sleep it wakes back up. but when I put it to sleep and then unplug the mouse it stays asleep.  I have changed the settings so it cant wake my pc but it still does. is there something in the bios and if so how would I find it because I've checked for it but cant find anything.
