I have the Aorus x470 gaming wifi 5, which is pretty simililar, so I could answer some questions

Both are overclock-able but B450 boards have weaker VRM sections.

I got got the gigabyte mobo because I needed wifi (i got the WiFi variant which is pretty much the same you linked me) but if i didnt need wifi i would of 100% gone for the tomahawk mobo. Both would work.
