I need HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so i am making a budget build and I had bought this PC for really cheap and i am looking to upgrade it on a budget. 

Processor
AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
 
Video Card
AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
 
RAM
8.0 GB - DDR3
 
Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit
 
Those are my specs, I plan on keeping my 8350 but im looking to upgrade my GPU and Ram, any recommendations on a good budget GPU that will work with my 8350. Thanks!

GTX 1050 ti from eBay would do well, draws very little power and quite the performer.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
