I am planning to buy a gaming headphone but I am confused which one should I go for like I want 7.1 surround sound and should be budget friendly

Good 7.1 surround sound wireless headphones aren't cheap. (Think 300-$400 range). Wired 7.1 headphones are a bit cheaper, and you can find budget alternatives. 

 

Good stereo wireless headphones can be cheap (think $150 ish) and RF. (Sennheiser HDR 160s)

 

If you want to go wireless, you want to go RF (NOT BLUETOOTH). RF has the lowest latency (next to none) of all the wireless technologies. Bluetooth latency is noticeable. In movies it's not an issue (you can delay the audio). In games.... not so much.
