There should be a hole above the Motherboard for the CPU power cable. What case do you have?

Well, that's a horrible design. Then, I'd say you could route the CPU power cable where you routed the Motherboard power. Should be able to reach no problem.

Also, you don't need the extra 4-pin CPU power plugged in. The 8-pin should be enough.

Nice. Do you want to get RGB strips or, do you just want to control the RGB on your GPU and your Motherboard?

For the Motherboard, you can use MSI's Mystic light software which can be found on the Motherboard's support page.

Here's a direct link if you use Windows 10 64bit: http://download.msi.com/uti_exe/mb/Mystic_Light_3.zip

Otherwise, you can just go here and select your OS: MSI B450 gaming pro carbon ac

Not sure if those fans can be controlled though. Do they have any other cable besides the power?

No they said they where rgb and i can see the lights but all it had was a cable that connected to a molex and the actual fans where linked to a splitter which went into the rgb fan slot

So, did the case come with a fan hub or, did you connect them to your Motherboard?

Oh, I see then, you might be able to control them through MSI Mystic light. Do they show up in there?
