My Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Ultra Motherboard is showing D3 boot code, what does it mean?

Hello, I recently completed a build with a 9600K, and the motherboard listed below.

I get the D3 boot code almost always on launch and I don't know what it means can someone please help me? Thanks in advance!

not sure, but d3 is normally caused by a pcie problem, a faulty ram stick or a cold reboot/startup
