[SOLVED] Changing Widevine version

Hi, for the past 9ish months I have been having stutter when watching netflix, amazon movies, amazon music etc (Original post about it, if you feel you need more info 

 

 

But now I think I have tracked the issue down to the Widevine Content Decryption Module. I believe that is causing all my issues, I dont really know anything about it, but I want to revert back to an older version if possible. I have zero idea how I would go about doing that though, so I am hoping someone here might be able to help me out, I am using chrome so obviously would like to change the version for that.
