Ebuyer returns system

Any one on here ever had to use the returns system on ebuyer.com had to rma my motherboard and been reading quite a few bad experiences (was hesitent to rma my motherboard as brother in law had a terrible disgusting experience with them). was just wondering if any one here have had to deal with them
