Adobe Media Encoder CC 2018 Using 50% Of CPU Whille Rendering...

Gday

 

Just wanted to know if anyone has a fix to this issue i have when rendering any video out of After Effects CC2018

My CPU sits at around 50%-60% usage no matter what i do. Is this the way the software is meant to work or am i doing something wrong

My GPU is also only being used around 1%-3% even though i have GPU Acceleration selected.
