MSI B450 usb issues

So I'm trying to install windows 7 on my computer. I know ryzen doesn't like windows 7 on first install. I've used the MSI smart tool and made a boot drive but I still have no keyboard or mouse support. Please help because this is getting frustrating.

I forgot to mention that when I plug my keyboard into a 2.0 slot the backlight flashes then cuts out.
