NewBuilder

So i used the windows media creation tool to make a usb too boot to, i went into bios/UEFI and told it to boot to the USB, but the only thing i can get is a Failure message from Windows boot manager that kicks me back to the bios. i thought maybe the file was corrupted when i pulled it after creation, so i formatted and tried to create again and im still getting failure
