I bought a Redragon K552 RGB keyboard about a few months ago, it was working perfectly when the 9 6 3 vertical row of keys stopped working entirely, they aren't lighting up or showing any signal, ive swapped switches with extras that come in the box but it doesnt do anything, any tips?

First that's a K551, K552 doesn't have a number pad. Also how did you swap the switches? As far as I know that is a soldered PCB. If you know how to solder it shouldn't be too hard to fix. You will need to first determine why it stopped. It could be a broken trace or a diode fell off or died. Is it just the lights that stopped working or did it it stop registering key presses. It's odd that it would be both as those are 2 separate circuits. If it's both it would point towards physical damage to the PCB as the travel for both circuits run very close to each-other.
