Not a clue what goes in here as no 4 pin on then psu( it’s the cpu pwr2)

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC 

RAM: Team Vulcan DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)

GPU: Zoatac Gtx 1070 8GB 

Case: CoolerMaster Masterbox Lite 5 RGB

Storage: 2TB Toshiba HDD, 120GB WD Green SSD 

PSU: Gigabyte P650B

Depending on the CPU that's usually just for extra power delivery when you're pushing really high overclocks. IE: If you're not doing anything crazy in terms of overclocking you don't need it for the most part.

A 4 pin would go in there. Not all pus's are the same. So you don't have it, nothing to worry about. Move on.

SATA power for any SATA drives 

Front panel connecters

USB 3.0,2.0 and audio connections on motherboard from case
