Help with headset problems

Hi,

I have a razer kraken 7.1 v2 and the mic is being weird it sounds like a robotic mumbling I have tried turning all of the settings off in razer synapse 2.0 reinstalling it multiple times also using it while synapse 2.0 isn't installed it still doesn't work however when I plug it into my brother's pc it works fine I recently just did a reinstall of windows on my SSD so just wiped my pc and installed everything fresh. Also my brothers mic works fine on my PC so i am getting to be really confused as to what is happening here.

Any replies are GREATLY appreciated.

Might need to update your audio drivers? If you reset Windows then you probably lost the Audio drivers along with chipset, LAN etc etc drivers.

Updated all drivers via driver booster.
