2000$ Gaming build

I want to build my gaming PC and I need your help. It will be used for gaming, streaming and vid editing. My budget is max 2000$. 

I play at 144hz with FreeSync.

Also I want it to have Intels 8th or 9th gen i7 processor.

The above build is ok but you should go with a Vega gpu if you want to make use of Freesync (Vega 56 or 64). With the money saved you could swap the cpu to the i9 9900K.
