Hi I’m using a wireless adapter on my computer and it’s always Had a problem. Usually it hits over 1 mb but recently I’ve installed an oculus rift and moved my PC around a bit and it’s dropped to 100 to sometimes 0 kB. The weird thing is if I move the little dongles on the back or if I move my computer even by a centimetre the internet can completely drop or slow down. So I’m always struggling to find the right position for the best internet.

I tightened the dongles and it’s chrrently getting 120kb on steam with the right download region and it drops/rises by about 50kb quite a lot. Is this a driver or physical problem.

You can always try asking Oculus support as it was their product which caused this. You can try putting the Oculus in a USB 2.0 port and seeing if that makes a difference. Worst-case scenario you just unplug oculus when you want to download something xD Just been doing a little reading, someone's problem of a bandwidth issue was solved by changing the channel that the WiFi dongle and router communicates on. I'm not sure how to really do it, it varies from router to router so if you read your manual or just find your router online and download a pdf of the manual that should tell you how to do it
