I'm thinking that a 650w should be more than enough, but I'm still unsure. Currently looking at Seasonic Focus Plus, Corsair RMx, and EVGA G1+ since these are within my price range and the only ones that are currently available to where I am right now. The Corsair is the more expensive one of the three, usually $25ish~ more from 650w to 750w. I think I read somewhere the Seasonic one gets a bit loud.

What I have are

CPU: i7-8700k
Cooler: Deepcool Captain 240EX White RGB
Memory: x2 8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB White
Motherboard: Z370 Asus Maximus X Hero (Wifi)
Graphic card: Asus strix GTX 1080 Ti 11GB OC
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro M SE
Storage : 500GB Samsung 860 Evo

1TB Samsung 970 Evo Nvme
500GB 5400RPM Seagate
1TB 5400RPM Western Digital Blue

1TB 7200RPM Western Digital Blue

(2 are inside an enclosure)

Power supply: Unsure

Peripherals:

Logitech G502 Spectrum

Corsair K95 Platinum RGB

Audio Technica AT2020 Condenser Mic

Sennheiser HD600 Open Headphones

YAMAHA YAS-108 Soundbar

Displays:

Asus VZ249 with an HDMI Switch attached(I also use this for my consoles)

Acer Predator XB271HU

Others:

x3 NZXT Aer Fans 120mm

MediaSonic ProBox HDD Enclosure

I'll be OC'ing both my GPU and CPU. I also do some light streaming, video and photo editing with such like Vegas Pro/Illustrator/Photoshop, use 3D CAD software like Catia V5, and some other more similar applications.

TIA

I'll refer you to the build in my bio for a reasonable metric.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

"top-tier" gaming PC

CPU: High end FX 8 core, Unlocked Core i7

GPU: GeForce GTX 1080, Radeon Fury/Fury X

Minimum recommended PSU stock: 550W for Fury/X, 450W for 1080

Minimum recommended PSU with overclock OR future dual GPU: 650W (850W for Fury/X)

Minimum recommended PSU with overclock AND dual GPU:  750W (950+W for Fury/X)

Although I don't know if that includes multiple other accessories or just an OC'd CPU and GPU. I also know about realhardwaretechx's page, but again, I don't know if a "whole system" in context means the PC itself. So I was wondering if I needed a bit more headroom.

Also, I wanna know which of the three brands I should go for. I read that the Corsair one is better, but I don't know if the price is justified. While I did read that the Seasonic one does have some noise?

Hi, I went ahead with the Corsair RM850x Gold. Frankly I know this is more than enough what my entire system would use, but I was passing by a shop that had it on sale that's on par with the price of the Seasonic 750w Focus Plus Gold, so I just went ahead and took it.
