Budget Help?

Over the year I have collected a $500 budget to spend on networking stuff. I need to get 500ft of Coaxial Cable, 500ft of Telephone Cable, 1000ft of Cat 6 Ethernet cable, a server rack 15u or more, a rackmount UPS unit 750 w or more, and a 5.1 channel tv receiver. I know this is a lot, but I am looking to buy things used. Anyone know if this is possible or any ideas on what to buy?
