Need recommendations

Hello everyone! My fiancee is a pc gamer like myself and unlike me she has been streaming. We her streaming has started to degrade her current rx480 8gb from sapphire. What is a good gpu for streaming? Also would bumping her ram from 16gb to 32gb help?

CPU - I7 4790K @4.5 on water

A GTX 1080 would be a solid choice.

16GB is more than enough for your fiancee's needs. 32GB is generally best for workstation systems that'll be doing a lot of video editing and RAM intensive stuff.

Would a 1070ti be a good choice for a little cheap or a 108ti for a little more?

1070 ti, 1080 ti or 2080 would be some nice options, and with shadowplay you can stream way less heavy than h264

both absolutly. 1070 ti with a 5 second overclock performs like a 1080, and a 1080 ti would perform on par with a 2080
