Laptop CPU doesn't draw more than 1 w

Does anybody know what is happening, my PC with Intel celeron N2840 and windows 7 professional doesn't draw more than 1 w

I got 76 cb in cinebench wtfff

The temps doesn't go more than 50 degrees, previously it was up to 75 degrees, and it drew more power

Check your Power Options in Control Panel, set it to High Performance. See if that's any better.

it is already on it, what could be the cause
