Buzzing sound from inside PC case

My pc makes weird buzzing sound when playing game only.

It happen when I am playing BFV.

How can I confirm that this is just coil whine sound from the GPU?

Btw i just got this pc last week.

My specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

GPU: GIGAGBYTE GTX 1070Ti

MOBO: GIGABYTE B450m

PSU = Corsair 600 watt 80+
