hello there, recently my brother went to college and he gave me his old PC. But it is not very good, i wanna play GTA V but only 35-45 fps and have to lower my resolution. I only have $40 to upgrade it, how should I?

Iris Pro Graphics 6200

4 x 1GB Crucial RAMs

Foxconn H97M Plus

Western Digital 750GB Scorpio Blue

I am surprised you get that much FPS. RAM isn't ideal but its quad channel. And it would limit your performance but first upgrade your GPU. Your CPU is good enough.

However since you have only 40$ you should try to get a used GPU like a Radeon R9 or something similar. But your next step should be switching those 4 sticks of RAM and get 8GB of DDR3 1600 RAM (4x2 or 8x1) for around 40-50$ and sell the remaining RAM.
