Fan does not turn on.

As a start, plug in the fans to the cpu fan headers, and the pump into the chassis header (cha_fan). I assume there are RGB connectors on all these components, but leave them dangling. If the fans spin and you can feel/hear the pump working, take a look at the instructions on how to set up the lighting.
