troubleshooting yet another build

system specs:

GPU- rx 570 8gb (msi armor mk2)

CPU- a10-6800k

PSU- EVGA 450w non-modular PSU

RAM- 8 Gb (1x8) hyper x fury

Motherboard- gigabyte GA-F2878M-HD2

case- random shid case from my parts pile

building a system for my friend (which he didn't consult me on parts he just wants me to build it)so basically all that is wrong with this is that its getting 40 FPS in basically every game I can find which isn't right at all. This machine is going to be used as a VR machine and thats all, the only game it will be running is VR chat and my friend has made sure that this is all he will use it for. there is no overclock applied to the card but the CPU is un-parked and other than that this system has been completely untouched. so if anyone knows what the problem with this is let me know, I could use some advice if there is no for-sure answers.

Disable the igpu.

Make sure cables is going to the gpu

I don't think this build is going to be good enough

i have done all of those things, the build should be just fine though, I have seen people with worse CPU's and GPU's running this game on VR high with 90 FPS

actually wait, there are no options in bios to disable the IGPU, at least that I have been able to find.

I haven't upgraded the bios however which may actually offer that since it does say different things about increased support for APU's
