my pc keeps crashing but i can start a game it will run for hours as soon as i turn the game off it crashes in less than five min.  
 i have trid every thing i no to do i no very little about pc cyber power employees seem to no even less than i do i put a old gtx 550ti in and it stops so cyber power side it was a bad card and sent me a new 1060 and as soon as i put it in it started what do i do next  please help!!

Dear Jeo,

It is hard to understand what you have written but if you need more help try to give us more information like :

what kind of games are you playing? -or- what kind of PC are you using? Processor, Ram and even what kind of Disk are you using? SSD or HDD? And how old is it?

I just bout the pc its a cyber power it a amd 52600 processor 16 gig ram gigabit ax370m motherboard 1060-6gig card the   warranty replaced the 1060 and the new one dose the the same thing runs for 10 minnits and crashes but if I play a game it will run for hours

I can put the old gtx550 in and it runs fine but the fps is so low u cant play if I just new what part to buy  ithout about buying a new motherboard

So your new 1060 crashes on desktop but not when your playing games / System is under load???

 

 

What OS version

What Bios Version

What Graphics Driver Version

 

Have you done Windows updates recently?

dose not do it when game is on     new one dose the same thing  

bios 22 bios date 3\16\2018  windows is up to date  when I put the new card in  update card driver it  crases when I have the bios opened im afrad to update the bios if it crashes during up date then I will have a bad problem  I don't no what to do
